She founded Ignite Dance Competition with the idea of putting dancers and teachers first while creating a space for dancers and teachers to learn and grow together. This includes no early morning starts or late-night awards, teacher and studio awards, and opportunities for dancers to continue to train with our esteemed panel of judges each weekend. After leading multiple competition teams to regional and national victories and judging and teaching across the United States, Meghan understands the stress, time, and effort that goes into a competition weekend. Ignite is designed to leave your dancers feeling inspired and recognized, your teachers recharged, and your families asking to join us again next year.
