We offer free convention-style classes throughout each weekend taught by our judges. Classes will be divided by age and will vary in dance style.  A dancer must be competing with Ignite that weekend in order to take one of our free convention classes. The number of free convention classes offered depends on the schedule and will vary each weekend. See your cities schedule for all convention class times. You do not need to preregister for these classes.

The ambassador program gives dancers the opportunity to represent Ignite Dance Competition.  Ambassadors get to travel with Ignite when we are on tour, help with awards, assist in convention classes, and join the Ignite Team in Charleston, SC for an exclusive ambassador weekend. Each weekend on Sunday morning, there will be an audition held for ambassadors. Semi-finalists are selected by our panel of judges. Then, semi-finalists must submit a video and the executive director hand selects the final team. Learn More.

Studio Owners must facilitate this communication to dancers and their families, our office is unable to speak with parents or guardians of performers.
